SE\IIBLER married, FRED A. BESHARA single, AI.BERT L. DANGLER married and NICHOLAS MANOS married, herein collectively called Grantors, to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COL'NTY, herein called Grantee. (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs. legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns ~ of corporations. ) The Grantors covenant with the Grantee that the named Y` ; Grantors, to wit: l~1ELVIN F.
