AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF INDIAN RNER
Before me ~ the undersigned authority , personally appeared
JOHN H. SUTHERLAND , who after being duly sworn , deposes and says:
That he is the Attorney for and one of the pt~rticipsnts in the
purchase of the property described as follows, to-wit:
Part of the NE} of the SW} of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, more particularly described as follows:
The East 417.35 feet of the South 300 feet of the North 680 feet
of that part of said parcel lying West of the present Westerly
right-of-way line of U,S. Highway No. 1; said land lying and
being in St . Lucie County , Florida .
That prior to the sale of the property, the said AUGUST STONCIUS and
BARBARA STONCIUS, his wife, had filed a Petition for bankruptcy which said
Petition was filed on November 29, 1972 in the United States District Court for
the Southern District of Florida, Bankruptcy for Aug?ust Stoncius, being Case

~ That your affiant secured from The United States District Court certified
copies of certain portions of the bankruptcy procedure and attached to this

~ affidavit and made a part hereof are various papers which are pertinent to

~ the bankruptcy proceedings which have been filed, including but not limited

~ to Bond, various Orders of the Court with reference to the Trustee, Order
~ of Consolidation , Petition to Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens , Order to

~ Show Cause Why Property Should Not be Sold Free and Clear of Liens ,

~ Certificate of Mailing, Order ~authorizing the sale, Certificate of Mailing,
Stipulation between August Stoncius and Barbara Stoncius, Bankrupts, and
