shall be sold free and clear of liens and free and clear of
any claim of hamestead exemption by the Bankrupts.
2. That upon demand by DEAN I~tJGASTON, Trustee, AUGUST
STONCNS and BARBARA STONCNS, his wife, shall execute a deed
conveying all uf their right, title and interest in the above
described property to whomever shall purchase said property
pursuant to the Court Order of Sale dated June 1, 1973, and
any subsequent order of sale or confirmation that may be entered
by the Court.
3. In exchange for said deed it is understood that
AUGUST STONCIUS and BARBARA STONCIUS shall receive the cash t
sum of $6,000.00 which shall be paid at auch time as the Court
authorizes distribution of the proceeds of sale iri payment of
