THIS CAUST came on to be heard upon the Order of this Court
dated JUne 1, 1973, directing the Truetee to aell the followinq
deecribed real estate:
~ Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, more
particularly describeci as follows:
The East 417.35 feet of the South 300 feet
of the North 680 feet of that part of said
parcel lying Wes~ of the present Westerly
right-of-way line of~U.S. Highway No. l,

free and rlear of lier~ a~d free and clear of any claim of homeatead `
exemption by the Bankrupts upon sealed bia~ to be opened on June
13, 1973, at 2:00 P.M.at the Bankruptcy Courtroom, Room 431,

Florida. A~ said time and place all bids were opened and the
highest bid was $202,200.00 submitted by Johri Sutherland, Trustee,
which bid was accompanied by a check for $20,200.00 payable to ~
Dean Hughston, Trustee, as required by said Order dated J'une l,
1973. It is accordingly,
ORDEREII.AND ADJUDGED that the sale to John Sutherland for
$202,200.00 ie hereby confirmed subject to the provisions of the {
