BEFORE ME . an officer duly authorized to administer oaths
personally appeared ANNIE J. COBB , who after being first duly sworn

by me, deposes and says:
(1) That my name is Annie J, Cobb, and this affidavit is
made by me in connection with the c2osing of property owned by me ,
pursuant to a contract between myself and Lloyd Taylor. Mr. Taylor ~
has assigned his contract to The Indian River Citrus Bank , as Truatee . '
and I have, pursuant to such assignment, executed and delivered a {
warranty deed to The Indian River Citrus Bank , as Trustee .
(2) The property being conveyed by me to The Indian
River Citrus Bank, as 1'rustee, is described as follows: .
The South ij 2 oi the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of =
Section 13. Township 35 South , Range 39 East .
(3) Various instruments recorded in the public records
affecting the title to the above-described lsnd refer to Annie J. Cobb,
Annie Cobb , and Annie S. Cobb . From time to time , I have been ;
called Annie Cobb and Annie S. Cobb , as well as Annie J. Cobb . ~
Wherever there have appeared instruments in the public records affect- `
ing the title to the above-described land mentioning Annie Cobb, Annie
S. Cobb , or Annie J. Cobb , such instruments relate to the one and same
person.
(4) I was married to Thomas J. Cobb prior to October 15 , t
1930 , and was continuously married to Thomas J. Cobb until the death ;
