. S L M DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida~corporation, does
hereby make, declare and establish this Declaration oE Condam?inium
as and for the plan of dwelling ownership and condominium for LA
ENTRADA DEL MAR, being the property and improvements hereinafter
described.
I.
ESTABLISI~ OF CONDOMINIUM

S L M DEVELOP1~fEDTT CORPORATION, hereina fter ca l led the "DEVELOPER" ,
is the owner of the #ee simple title to that certain property situate
in Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and which
property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

and on which property there is to be constructed a series of apart-
ment units containing 57 dwelling units and other appurtenant
improvements. DEVELQPER does hereby submit the above-referenced
property more fully described in "Exhibit A",and improvements to
condominium ownership, and hereby declares the same to be a Condo-
minium known and identified as "IA ENTRADA DEL MAR", which I~+,
ENTRADA DEL MAR will hereinafter be referred to as "CONDOMINIiAK".
II.
SURVEY AND DESCRIP'PION OF IMPROUEMENTS
Annexed hereto and expresaly made a part hereof as "Exhibit B",
consiating of pages, is a survey of the land anci graphi,c
description and plot plans of the improvements constituting the
CONDOMINIUM, identifying the PRIVATE DWELLINGS and COMMiON PROPERTY,
as said terms are hereinafter defined, and their reapective locations `
and approximate dimensions. Each PRIVATE DWELLIIVG is identified by
specific numerical designation on said "Exhibit B", and no PRNATE
DWELLING bears the same designation as any other PRIVATE IyWELLING.
III.
' PRIVATE D~n1ELLINGS AND COMMON PROPERTY
The CONDOMINIUM consists of PRIVATE ~WELLINGS and COI~IIyON
PROPERTY, as said terms are hereinafter defined. ~
PRIVATE DWELZINGS, as the term is used herein, shall mean and
comprise the 57 separate n~unerically identified Dwelling Units which :
are designated in "Exhiba.t B" to this Declaration of Condaminium, ;
excluding, however, all spaces and improvements lying beneath the
unc3ecorated and/or unfinished inner surfaces of the peruneter walls ?
and floors, and above the undecorated and/or unfinished inner
surfaees of the ceilings of each Dwelling Unit, and further excluding -
all apaees and improvements lying beneath the undecorated and/or
unfiniahed inner sur#aces of all interior bearing wal].s and/or bearing
partitions, and further excluding all pipes, ducts, wires, conduits,
