and other facilities located in the COMMON PROP$RTY for furnishinq
of utility atid other servicee to the PRIVATB D~W$LLIN~~ and said
COMMON PROPBRTY, and should any incidental damaqe be caased to
any PRIVaTS DWELLINa by virtue of any work which may be done or
caused to be done by ASSOCIATiON in th~ maintenance, repair or
replacetnent of any COM1~N PROPERTY, the said ASSOCIATION ehall, at
its expense, repair such incidental damaqe. Whenever repnir or
repla~cement of windaws, eliciing glasa doors, plate qlass installa-
tions, or scraening is neceesitated by any casualty covered by
insurance carried by-ASSOCIATION, the ASSOCIATION shall pay the coet
anc~ expense of auch repair or replacement up to the amount of its
eaid insurance recovery, with any additional cost and expenae to be
paid by each PRIVATE DWELLING o~wner, all as previoualy specified
herein; othexwise, the repair and replacement of all such install-
atione ahall be performed by e ach PRIVATE DiWSLLIDiG owner at his
cost and expense.

pERSQ~IAL LIABILITY AND RISK OF LOSS OF OWNER OR PRIVAT$ _
~WEI.LI.yLING AND SEPARATE INSURANCE COVSRAGE. BTC.
The owner of each PRIVATE DWSLI,ING may, at his own expense,
obtain insurance coveraqe for losa of or damage to any furniture,
furnishinge, personal effecta and other pereonal property belonging
to Buch awner, and may, at his own expense and option, obtain inaur-
ance coverage against personal liability for injury to the person
or property of another while within such owner's PRIVATE nWBLLING
or upon the COI~II~N PROPERTY. All such insurance obtained by the
Owner of each PRIVATB DiWELLING shall, wherever auch provisions shall
be available, provide that the insurer waives its right of aub- .
rogation as to-any claims against other owners of PRIVATE D~WBLLINGS,
ASSOC:ATION, and the respective servants, agents and guests of said
other owners and ASSOCIATION, and such other insurance coveraqe ahall
be obtained from the i.nsurance company from which ASSOCIATIODI obtains
coverage against the same risk, liability or peril, if ASSOCIATION
hae such coverage. Risk of loss or damage to any furniture,
; furnishings, personal effects and other personal prop~rty (other than
~ such furniture, furni~hings and personal property constituting a
' portion of.the COMMON PROPSRTY) belonging to or carried on the peraon
~ of the owner of each PRIVATE DWELLING, or which may be stored in any
€ pRIVATE DWELLI~G, or in, to or upon COMMON PROPERTY, shall be borne
~ by the awner of each such PRIVATE D~WSLLING. All furniture, furn-
~ ishi.ngs, and personal property constituting a portion of the COI~II~JN
x PROPEP.TY and held for the joint use and benefit of all owners of
" all PkIVATS DWSLLINGS shall be covered by such insurance as ahall
be maintained in force and effect by ASSOCIATION as hereinafter pro-
vided. The owner of a PRIVATE 1yWELLING ahall have no personal
liability for any damagea cauaed by the ASSOCIATION or in connection
with the use of the COMM~ON PROPERTY. The owner of a PRIVATE DWELLING
~ shall be liable for in~uries or damages resulting from an accident
~ in his own PRIVATE DWELLING, to the same extent and degree that the
~ awner of a house would be liable for an accident occurring withi.n
