These are the B~--Laws of LA ~NTRADA U~L [~iAR ASSoCIA1'IO\, INC. , a
corporatian not for Profit under the la~vs of the 5tate of Florida,
the Articles.of Incorpor~tian of which were fi].ed in the office of
thc Se~retary of State on thc~~7th day of November, 1972. LA
ENTRADA DEL MAR ASSOGIA7'ION, INC., hereinafter called "ASSOCIATION",
has becn organized fer thc p~~rpose of administering the operation
and manag~ment of LA ENTIL'1DA DFL MAR, k Condominium, an apartment
prolect an~l condominium regime established or to be established in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida upon the following
described propert}• s.it~ate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, which legal description is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as "Exhibit 1". l~iereafter in these By-Law~ !,e ~~TQene nFr
I~1AR, A Condamiiiium, is referred to as "CU~DOMIhIUM".
a. The pi•o~~isions of these By-I.a.ws are applicable to
the COhllO~iINIUM and the terms and provisions liereof
are expressly subiect to the effect of the terms,
_ provisions, conditions and authorizations contained
in.the formal Declaration of Condomiiiium which will
t:e re~or:ied in the t'ubl ic Rccords of St . Lucie C~unty,
Florida, at the timc said property and the improve-
ments now or hereafter situatc tliereon are subr~itted
to the Plan of Condomitiium Qwnership, the terms an~1
provisions of said Articles of Incorporation and
Declaration of Condominium to he controlling wherever
the same mav be in conflict herewith. ~
; b. All present or future owners, ten<<~~ts, future tenants,
~ c~r their employees, or any oti~cr person, that might
use the COtiD~MINIUM or any of the facilities thereof
; . in any manner, are subject to the re~ulations set
( forth in these By-t.aws and in saici Articles of ~ncor-

the ASSOCIATION, the word "FI,ORIDA", the ~ords "CORP~-
~ RATION 1vOT rOR PR~I~IT", and the year of incorporation, ~
