The executive officers~ef the ASSOCIATIOh shall be a President W~10 shall l~e a Director, a Vice-President, who shalt be a Director, a'I're~?sui~er, a Secretary an:l an Assistant Secretary, all of whom shall be clected annually by the Board of Directors and who may be per- emptorily remo~red by vote of the Directors at any meeting. Any person may hvld two or more offices, ex- cept that the President shzll not also be the 5ecretary or an Assistant Secretary. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the ASSOCIATIO~.
