The undersigned purchaser having acquired title to the above
referenced condominium unit, does hereby acknowledge as follows, to-wit: _
1. That~the Se11er has performed its obligations under the con-
tract for sale and purchase.
2. That he has been advised that the condominium documents have
been recorded in the Pub2ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
he has had opportunity to examine and read the said documents, con-
sisting of the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporat~ion
and By-Laws of La Entrada del Mar Association, Inc., and does hereby
ratify and confirm aIl of the terms and provisions of the said docu-
ments, waiving all objections to the circumstance that the initisl
officers and directors_of La Enirada del Mar Association, Inc., are
comprised of persons identified with, or selected by, or contro2led
by the Seller.
3. That the said condominium unit and the condominium building
has been examined by the undersigned, and that he has accepted the .
same, subject only to such warranties as have been expressly repre-
sented to survive the closing. The undersigned understands that the
Seller reserves the right to dispute responsibility for or the need ;
for any reported repair, adjustment or touch-up item, and in the
event of such a dispute, the determination of the building inspector
of the City of Fort Pierce, shall be conclusively binding as to =

whether the item is within the Seller's responsibility and meets
accepted standards of construction, or whether same requires repair, ~
adjustment or touch-up to bring it witbin such accepted standards.
_ 4. That the parties hereto have relied upon the provisions of
this Acceptance, Waiver and Warranty in Froceeding to c2ose upon the
above captioned condominium unit.
