This cause came on for trial the day of November, 1973, ?

and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, ;

finds and determines; This Court has jtirisdiction of the parties and

subject matter of this suit; that~the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDDIE EARL
LEGGETT and JO ANNE LEGGETT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~
arising therefrom. `

2. RESTORATION OF NAME. JO ANN LEGGETT be and she is hereby {
authorized to assume her former name of JO ANNE BOOTH and to use the
name in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
