shall continue Southerly along the Eastern boundary of the said !
property 800 feet, more or less, to a point; thence a 30 foot wide~!

easement shall be measured North and South and shall run West 660 i
feet, so that said easement shall be measured 30 feet wide East ~
and West for 800 feet measured North and South, and shall be 30 ~
