(:ruwer. From this final price there shall be deducted, betore payment, Zny cost of picking, toading, or transporting that may be due
a+ the Buyer and less any advances made and less the proportionate amount of any State or Federal tax measured by the amount ot
fruit bought or processed by Buyer. Payment due at such time will be made within 30 days of its determination.
