proper corporate purposes to create a ue~v series of bonds to be l~o~vn
as its First ~iortgage Bonds, Serie~ Y, and to issue presently, under
the provisioiis of .~rticle I~' of the Uriginal Indenture, Fifteen ~illion

gnge Bonds, Series I', to Ue secured by the Original Indenture as
Leretofore supplemented and as further supplemented and modified
