by the granting elauses of the Original Indenture, are hereby confirmed,
recreated, and preserved just as though the sanie were incorporated
verbatim herein,

appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertainiug to the aforesaid
property or any thereof with the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders and (subject to the provisions of Article % of the Origi-
nal Indenture) the tolls, rents, revenues, issues, earnings, income, prod-
ucts and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title and interest and
claim whatsoever, at law as well as in equity, which the Company now
has or may hereafLer acquire in and to the aforesaid property and
franchises and every part and parcel thereof.

hereby conveped, assigned, pledged or niortgaged unto the Trustee and
the Co-Trustee, their respective successor or successors in the trust,
and to them and their assigna forever;

and subject to the agreements, covenants and conditions set forth and
egpressed in the Indenture as supplemented and modified by this
Twentieth Supplemental Indenture, it being agreed as follo~vs, to wit:
ARTICLE I

SECTION 1. There shall be and is herebp created a series of bonds
entitled "Firat ~1orLgage Bonda, Series P" (hereinafter sometimes
referred to as "Series P bonds" or "bonds. of Series P"). Series P
bonds shall be fully registered bonds without coupons of the denomina- ~
tion of $1000 and multiples thereof. The bonds of Series P issued
pursuant to Section 7 of tlus Article I shall be dated ~Tovember 1,1973.
Other bonds of Series P shall be dated as of the date of their anthenti-
cation. All Series P bonds shall bear interest from the first day of
May or November, as the case may be, nezt preceding the date of such
bond to which interest has bcen paid, unless the date of such bond is the
date to which interest haS been paid, in which case from the date of
such bond, or uniess the date of such bond is prior to the first payment
