shall ha~•e signed or sealed any of the Series P bonds shall cease to be
such officer or otlicers of the Company before the Series P Uonds so
sigued or sealed shall b~ave beeu autheuticated or delivered by the
Trustee or issued by the Company, such Series P bonds may, never-
theless, be authenticated, delivered and issued and, upon such authenti-
cation, delivery and issue, shall be as binding upon the Gompany as
though those who signed and sealed tbe same had continued to be such
officers of the Company, and also an3~ Series P bonds map be signed
and sealed on behalf of the Compauy by such persons as at the actual
date of the ezecution of such Series P bonds shall be the proper officers
of the Company although at the nomiu~l date of such Series P bonds
any such person shall not ha~ e been such officer of the Companp.
Ouly such of the Series P bonds as shall bear thereon a certiScata
of authentication in the form hereinbe£ore recited, eaecuted by the
Trustee, shall be or become valid or obligatory for any purpose or en-
titled to the benefit of the Indenture, and such certificate of the Trustee
shall be conclusive evidence that the Series P bonds so authenticated
have been dulp authenticated and deti~ered.
SsaTTOx 2. At the option of the Company and upon notice gi~~en
as provided in Elrticle I% of the Original Indentnre, the bonds of -
Series P shall be redeemable, in whole or in part, at anp time, at the
applicable percentages of the principal amount thereof set forth below,
plus interest accrued thereon to the date fized for such redemption : ~
