then applicable preminm specified in Section 2 hereof ; bonds of such
series redeemed pursnaut to Section 62 or 63 of tue Original Indenture "
~vith moneys paid to or deposited with the Trnstee parsuant to said
Sectious 4U and 63 shall be redeemed at their principal amount plas
iuterest accrued to the date of redemption, without premium; and bonds
of such series redeemed pursuant to Section 62 of the Original Inden-
ture with moneys paid to or deposited with the Trustee pursuant to
~ection 39 thereof shall be redeemed at their principal amount plus
interest accrued to the date of redemption, without premium.
SECTtox 5. Bonds of Series P npon surrender thereof at the o~ce
of the bond registrar in tbe City of Chicago, Illinois, may be eachanaed
for the same aggregate prineipal amonnt of bonds of that series.
~Pithin a reasonable time after the receipt of a request for such an
eachange the Company shall issue and the Trustee shatl authenticate
and delirer all bonds required in connection therewith, and the Trustee .
shall niake such eschange upon payruent to it of such charge, if any,
as is required by the following paragraph.
For any eachange of bonds for other bonds the Company at its ~
option, may require the payment of a sum suff'icient to reimburse it for
anp stamp or other tag or governmental charge reqnired to be paid by
t.he Company or the Trnetee.
SECTION 6. Bonds of Series P shall be numbered "R-1" and con-
secutirely upwards. -
- SECTIO\ 7. Upon the esecntion of this Twentieth Supplemental
; Indenture and upon compliance with the Indenture, the Company shall
caecute and deliver to the Trustee and the Trustee shall authenticate
y and delirer to the Companr or upon the order of the Company bonds
