of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, said Mortgage being dated February 6, 1973,
and Filed February 8, 1973, in the original amount of $66,000.00, and being loan I~o.
2752, which Mortgage description is corrected to read as fo~lows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Palmetto Avenue (Now Avenue A)
177.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of Block M of AARON LEE'S MAP
OF FORT PIERCE, as per piat thereof on file in Plat Book t, Page 189,
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence turn and run Northerly at right angles
to the North line of Palmetto Avenue 140 feet Eo a point; thence turn
and run Easterly parallel with the North line of Palmetto Avenue fo~
a distance of 12.5 feet to a point; thence turn and run Northerly at
right angles to the North line of Palmetto Avenue 60 feet to a point;
