to an undivided 25$ interest; GEORGE F. MILLER and MARION N. ~
MILLSR, his wife, individually as to an undivided 25$ in- ~

strument and the heirs, legal.representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the swn of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
All that part of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Tawnship
35 South, Range 40 East, lying North of State Road
~70 (formerly State Road #8 ~r Okeechobee Road),
EXCEPT ttie NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and W 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 and the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4
of the NW 1/4, lying North of State Road #70
(formerly State Road #8 and Okeechobee Road).
Also that p~rt of the W 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section
19, Tawnship 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, lying North
of State Road #70 (formerly State Roacl ~8 and Okee-
~~~obee Road) , St. Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING FROM the above tracts all right of way
for drainage canals and public roads.
SUBJECT to the following reservation as set out in
; Deed Book 184, page 243, of the public reocrds of
; St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: "The party of
; the first part retains the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4
~ of the NW 1/4 lying North of State Road #70 but ~
t in the event any drainage ditches overlap on the
3 above retained parcel the party of the first part }
j hereby agrees to deed that portion of the party of ;
! the second part for maintenance and drainage of the `
