~ We , Carl Ray Johnson and Catherine Johnson
DO HEREBY ACKNOtiYLEDGE that we have read the above and foregoing
Deed, including the restrictions contained therein, we fully
understand same, including the fact there is imposed by said ~
restrictions, a lien on the property hereby being conveyed to
Aqua Rabella Associates, to secure the payment of the rent and
maintenance fees on the recreational area and for the~payment of
other assessments made by the Homeowners Association under para-
~ graph 11 hereof. We do approve those restrictions, consent and
~ grant said liens, and agree to abide by all restrictions, coven-
~ ants and conditions contained herein.
