subject of this affidavit, has been in the actual physical possession of D.
E. Palmer and wife and J. D. Palmer and wife for almost thirty years, and
this affiant verily believes that had there been any assertion of right, title

affiant, because of neighborhood rumor and gossip would certainly have
heard of same; and based upon the last mentioned premise, this affiant
says that during the mentioned period of physical occupancy and possession.
there has been no assertion of a hostile claim of possession against the said
Lot 18 as opposed to the occupancy and possession of the said D. E. Palmer
and wife and the said J. D. Palmer and wife.
