THIS INDENTURE dated this 7th day of SePtember , 1973,
between VENIGE-NOKOMIS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY an LOIS CANNON, as
Co-Executors of the Estate of Lawrence A. Buckhold, deceased,
parties of the first part, and CHARLES A. McCORTS and JACOLYN L. #
McCORTS, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, parties of
the second part, whose address is g21 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida.

The parties of the first part pursuant to the Order of the ~ ;
Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, dated August 23, 1973,

($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand ~aiu,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 23, Block 5, LAKEWOOD PARK, Unit 8-A,
as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 47, Pub-
lic Records of St: Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
AND the parties of the first part do covenant to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the ~rders
of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed
and complied with in all respects.
