THIS CAUSE having come on before me on the stipulation
of counsel for a continuance of the trial in the-captioned matter,
and the court approving of a continuance, for the reason stated
in the stipulation, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that trial of the captioned ~ratter
presently scheduled for December 3, 1973, be and the same is
hereby stricken from the trial docket to bs reset upon motion
of either party at the proper time.
It is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED that pursuant to stip-
ulation, the plaintiff may amend his complaint to claim aggravation
of existing injuries.
