Condominium, a corporation not for profit organized and exieting under the lawe
of the State of Florida~ and that as such officer she is duly authorized to
make this amended claim of lien.

2. That aforesaid corporation is the association resaonsible for the ~

operat~ion of Holiday Out at St. Lucie~ a Condominium, as provided in the Declarar-
tion of Condominium recorded in 0. R. Book 168, pa.ge 1348 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Thi.s is an amended claia of lien for unpaid assessments and
interest on such assessments~ together with attorneys~ fees incurred by the
aforesaid association incident to the collectian of the assessments or etu"orce-
ment of this lien, as provided by Section 711.15 (4) of the Fl.orida Statutes
and Article 10 of the aforesaid Declaration of Con~ominium~ unon the folloWing
deacribed lot of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominiwn recorded in O.R. Book 168, page 1348 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. This amended claim of lien chariges and amende that certain claim
of lien filed by Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condoainium, ~iled and recorded
