SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the manager and oper-
ator of certain citrus groves owned by various other ;
parties pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth t
in a certain management agreement, an abstract of which
is recorded in n R B~Qk 161, nage 201, et seq, public '
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said management agree-
ment, the undersigned is entitled to a lien upon the real
property covered by said agreement to secure payment for
services rendered by the undersigned, etc„ and
WHEREAS, one of the owners of property covered by ;

signed that any lien rights it may have be subordinated ~

to a certain loan from The Federal Land Bank of Columbia; '
NOW THEREFORE, in consideratio~ of Ten Dollars
(510.00) paid to the undersigned and other good and ~
valuable considerations, the undersigned does hereby sub- ~

orctinate any Iien rights it may have under the aforesaid ~

, management and operating agreement, or under any statute, ~

to the lien and operation and indebtedness secured by
~ that certain mortgage deed given by Randolph A. Hearst
