. ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on the matter of temporary
relief and it appearing to the Court that the parties through their attorneys
agreed upon a temporary relief order and the Court being flxlly advised, therefo e,
thereupon, it is hereby

CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADkTtTDrED as follows:
1. That the parties be and each of the parties are hereby
restrained from harassing and intimidating the other.
2. That DIANA L. DRAWDY shall have the temporary custody of the t
minor child, EVA CHRISTINE DRAWDY, age 8 months.,
3. That MICHAEL A. DRAWDY shall pay support pa~yments in the
amount of $60.00 per keek to DIANA L. DRAWDY, beginning Monday, November 19,
1973 and on Monday af each Week thereafter until further Order of the Court.
Each p~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to DYANA L. DRAWDY. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each psyment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing~and residence addresses at all times While this order is in ~fect.
; 4. That DIANA L. bRAWDY is awarded exclusive possession and

~ use of the Mobile Home heretofor by them occupied as a homestead.
