1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
rind determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter
of this suit; th at the relation of husband and ~rife now exists betWeen the
parties; and that the marriage betkeen the parties is irretrievably broken and
shouZd be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage bet~reen ~IM IiENRY HAMILTON and ANNIE MARGARETTE
HA:'~ffLTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
sre hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimonyr heretofore existing bet~ree
them and from the ~bligations arising therefrom.
2. G~stody oi ANTONETI'E HAMILTON and JIt4 HENRY NAMILTOPJ, JR. , minor
children of the parties, is hereby asrarded to ANNIE MA:DGARETTE HAMZLTON with
reasonable visitation rights reserv to JI RY TON.

3. Comnencing the~day af 1973, JIM Hr~1RY
HAMILTON shall pay to ANNIE ;4ARGARETTE HAMLLTON the sum of $150.00 each and
every month for the support of the children named above. Said support to

continue until each chi2d has attained his or her ma,jori.ty, becomes self-

supporting or r,iarried, Whichever is sooner.

; Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by :
; him remitted promptly to ANNIE Ma~GARETTE HAMILTON. IN addition there is

' hereby assessed the sum o~ $Z.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay~ent ~
' made to the Qerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~ check. Both of the part~es are o:dered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
