T'his cause came on for trial the 14th day of November, ;
1973 and the Court having given full consideration to all the

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties a~d subject matter of this _ suit; that the relation of ~
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
pRDgRED AND AD~7UDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LELAND
; BERGANDI a:~d CAROL BERGANDI be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

F the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

~ the oblig ations arisi ng therefrom.

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. CAROL BERGANDI be and she is

~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of CAROL BROWN and

x to use the same in a11 respects as if said marriage had not

~ intervened.

~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
