DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of November,
1973 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default previously entered by the Clerk oE
this Court against the Wife on November 6, 1973 is hereby
ratified and confirmed. ~
k 2. The marriage between RICHARD T. HOXIE and
~
MAURLENE K. H4XIE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
€
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever fr~~~ from the
;
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~ the obligations arising therefrom. ~

3. Custody of MARLA RENEE', TELLA SUZETTE and TRISH
MONIQUE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
; MAURI.ENE K. HOXIE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
RICHARD T. HOXIE.
