This cause oame on to be heard on the Firat day of November,
19?3, and the court having heard testimony of the parties anc~ fiche
parties having stipulated to a settlement in open court, and the Court
being otheraise advised in the premises, it is
OEDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Plaintiff shall replace the damaged pool filter~
unit Mith a ne~ unit of the aame quality and make.
2. That the Plaintiff shall eaecute a written guarantee on the
pool and filtration syste~ warranting such for a period of one year,
and providing for court costs and attorney fee~ in the event the
Defendant is required to ent'orce said guarantee by legal procedure.
- 3. That the Defendant shall pay to the Plsintiff the sum of
One Thonsand Dollars (~1,000.00), representing the contract balance
and the sales ta~c thereon. _
4. That the Plaintiff shall eaecute a satisfaction oP lien
filed on September 20, 19?3, against the Defendant's property and
recorded in 0. H. Book 218 at page 24~4 of the public records of St.
