AGREEMENT MODIFYING MORTGAGE
AND
PARTIAL RELTASE
1NHEREAS, FRANK ROGOLINO and JUANITA ROGOLINO, his wife, did on
August 28, 1972 make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to
Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States
of America, which mortgage was recerded in Official Record Book 206,-
Page 185, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and re-recorded
in Official Record Book 206, Page 1512, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and which mortgage encumbered a cer4~an tract of land
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
The South one-half (S1/2) of the East one-half (El/2) of the West
194.46 feet of the East 511.15 feet of the South 210 feet of
the North 375 feet of Lot 222 WHITE CITY SUBDIVISI~~I according
to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, of the
public records or St, Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO known as: Lot 17, Block 2, of unrecorded Subdivision
BR40ME-TTOGA.
as security for an original principal debt of $21,500.00 eviden~ed-by a
promissory.note, which promissory note was set out in sa3d mortgage; and
WHEREAS, said mortgage has been assumed by KENNETH STEVENS and

ROBIN STEVENS, his wife, under Deed dated February 28, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 211, Page 2832, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the description of the property as set forth in said
mortgage is in error and the parties hereto have mutually agreed that
said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error
in said description:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other gvod and
valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein made
and the sum of One Dollax (~1.G0) each to the other paid, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties and the parties
hereto do agree as follows:
1. That the mortgage dated August 28, 1972 and recorded in Official
Record Book 206, Page 185, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
re-recorded in Official Record Book 206, Page 1512, public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that
