AGREEMENT MODIFYING MORTGAGE

WtiERF.AS, Robert A. Riddle and Daisel L. Riddle, his wife did on April 25, ~
1972 make, exe~ute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to J. T. Stewart Mortgage
Company, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the lavs of the State
of Florida, which mortgage was recorded in Official Record Book 201, Page 2749,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Which mortgage encumbered a
certain tract of land in St.~Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
The North one-half (N~) of the East one-half (F34) of the West 194.46
feet of the East 511.15 feet of the South 210 feet of the North 375
feet of Lot 222 HHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, according to p2at thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
ALSO known as: Lot 10, Block 2, of unrecorded Subdivision BROOME-TIOGA.

as security for an original principal debt of $18,500.00 evidenced by a
promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage; and
WHEREAS, said mortgage has been assigned to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and ~
Company, a Florida Corporation by assignment, recorded in Official Record
Book 216, Page 536, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
T~1[iEREA.S, the description of the property as set forth in said mortgage
is in error and the parties hereto have mutually agreed that said mortgage
shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error in said description:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable
considerations and the mutual_covenants and promises herein made and the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid, the receipt and sufficienty

1. That the mortgage dated April 25, 1972, and recorded in Official Record

modified, amended and corrected so that the description of the property encumbered

by said mortgage shall be as folloWS:

the East 511.15 feet of the South 210 feet of the North 375 feet of Lot 222
~ WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
