3. That the hereinbefore named mortgagee does hereby remise, release
quit claim, exonerAte and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage {

unto the said mortgagor, their heirs and assignes, the fo2lowing described real
property, originally encumbered in error by the hereinbefore described mortgage,
said property being more particularly described as follows:
The North one-half (N~) of the East one-half (F!~) of the Flest I94.46 feet
of the East 511.15 feet of the South 210 feet of the North 375 feet of Lot
222 WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof ae recorded in
Plat Book I, Page 25, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Plorida.
ALSO knawn as: Lot 10, Block 2, of unrecorded Subdivision BROOME-TIOGA.
4. That this agreement shall not be deemed to tnodify or amend said
mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and Robert A. Riddle and Daisel
L. Riddle, his wife, do hereby ratify and confirm the said mortgage as modified
and amended hereby.
