.FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-
ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject matter
;,i ~;;i~ s;:3t; }~:a~ thP r~~ ation of husband and wife now exists be-~
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should
be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DOUGLAS
LEROY B RACK and YVONNE BEATRICE BRACK be, and it is hereby, dissolved,
and that the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Cus~ody of WANDA SUE BRACK, minor child of the

visitation rights reserved to DOUGLAS LEROY BRACK:
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~day of November, 1973,
; DOUGLAS LEROY B RACK shall pay to YVONNE BEATRI CE BRACK the sum of
; $20.00 per week, each and every week, for the support of said minor
child named above. -
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~
by him remitted promptly to YVONNE BEATRICE BRACK. In addition, there
; is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their maiZing and residence
addresses at a1Z times while this order is in effect.
