THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 15th day of November,
1973, and the Court, having given tul~ consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determi.nes: This Court has ~jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
i
n~w exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties=should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, F
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. That the marriage between
PHILIP GEORGE MALMBERG and MARY ERNESTINE MALMBERG be, and it is here-
by, dissolved, and that the parties, and each of them, are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATI ON OF NAN~ . That MARY ERNESTINE MALN~ERG be ,

and she is hereby, authorized to assume her former name of MARY F

ERNESTINE TIPTON, and to use the same in all r~spects as if said !

marriage had not intervened.
-3. RESTRAINING ORDER. That each of the parties is hereby

~ 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00

; to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and
PHILIP GEORGE MALNIDERG is ordered to pay said attorney said sum, to-
gether ~sth costs herein assessed at $38.00.
