The Sheriff's Department of St. Lucie County is here-
by authorized and directed to take the above named Charles
H. McKenzie into custody and hold him until 1:30 P.M. o'clock
this date, when he shall be brought before the Court for
- further praceedings to determine Contempt of Court charges
pending against him. 1'he said Charles H. McKenzie now hav-
ing been brought before the Court by the Sheriff's Department

as directed, he is hereby released and discharged of and from
any further incarceration under this Order of Commitment.
