This cause came on for trial the day of 973,
and the Court having given fu11 consideration to a1Z the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties.is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foZlows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES DARRELL
WHITTZNGTON and DARLENE HARMON WHITTINGTON be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. _i

2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
, restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
€ 3. FEES AND COSTS. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay the Wife's

attorney the sum of $150.00 toward the said attorney's fee, as well as
$25.25 towards the costs in this action, the same being a total of $175.25.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
