DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause csme on for final hearing this date and the Court,
having given fltll consideration to aIl the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ject matter of this suit; that the ~
rela.tion of husband snd wiPe noir exists between the parties; and that the marri e

betxeen the parties ~ould be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED and ADJUD~SD as folloRrs: ~ ~
1. The marriage between WILLIE C. TINDELL and HAZEL TIftDELL be
and the same is hereby dissolved, and the paxties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bon3s of matrimony heretofore existing bet~reen them and

2. Custody of WILLIE W. fiINI~LL and MARILYN JOYCE TINDELL, mino
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to HAZEL TINDEt,L, ~rith reasonable
visitation rights reserved to hTILLIE C.f~LL.
