It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. ~DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DAVID CHAVIS and PRISCILLA CAAVIS be and t~~-~ame is hereby afs~~ivc~, a;.: . ~t;; ~ the parties and each nf them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations i ~ ~ arisinq therefrom. ~ . t s 2. CUSTODY. Custody of VITA LASHON CHAVIS and SEAN T. CHAVIS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to PRISCILLA CHAVIS with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to DAVID CAAVIS. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing one week after service upon the Hus= band of a certified copy of this Final Judgment, th~_Husband, DAVID CHAVIS, shall pay to PRISCILLA CHAVIS the sum of'$ each and every week for the support of the children named above named. { # Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to PRISCILLA CHAVIS. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each paymerit made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or ~ $ cashier's check. Both of the par~ies are ordered to keep the Clerk of ` this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times ~ while this Order is in effect.
