KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Assotiation of St. lucie County, a~
corporation under the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Ra i ph F.
Shaffer and Ruth Shaffer, his wife dated March 30 1970 , and recorded
in the publit records of Sa i n t luc i e County, Flarida, in Official Record Book t83 on page
2308 , securing the payment of the sum of
Eight Thousand and No/100 Oollars(E 8,000.00 )
tovering property in the County of Sa i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has ~eceived full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the nore secured thereby, and doth
