THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for=~ummary Judgment, and this Court having heard argument
of Plaintiff's counsel, the Defendants having failed to appear,
and being fu11y advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGEI` :
1. That there is o~nuine issue as to any material
fact and the Plaintiff is entitled to a Summary Judgment as a
matter of law.

2. That Defendants, N'EATHER COMFORT, INC., a Florida
corporation and J. ARCHIE GAY, as Guarantor, are indebted to
Plaintiff in the sum of $6,904.96, together wzth interest at the
rate of 6~ per annum from April 15, 1970 in the sum of ~1,360.09,
making a total of $8,265.a3 principal and interest, together with
~40.00 court costs, for which let execution issue.
