DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ~ ay of November, 1973,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED, AND AD,NDGED, as follows :
1. The marriage between DENNIS JAMES CLAY and MARIANNE CLAY
be and the same is hereby.dissolved, and the parties and each of
~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

; 2. Custody of CINDY ANN CLAY, minor child of the parties, is

' hereby awarded to MARIANNE CLAY with reasonable visitation rights

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted pr~mptly to MARLANNE CLAY. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
