DENNIS JAMES CLAY, Husband and ~ ` MAn7ANNE CLAY, Wife FINAL JUDC~NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the ~ ay of November, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED, AND AD,NDGED, as follows : 1. The marriage between DENNIS JAMES CLAY and MARIANNE CLAY be and the same is hereby.dissolved, and the parties and each of ~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ - ; 2. Custody of CINDY ANN CLAY, minor child of the parties, is l ' hereby awarded to MARIANNE CLAY with reasonable visitation rights . reserved to DENNIS JAMES CLAY: ° 3. Commencing on the day of , I973, ~ ~ DENNIS JAMES CLAY shall p y to MARIANNE CLAY the sum of each and every , far the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted pr~mptly to MARLANNE CLAY.
