MARY F. PEREZ, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November,
1973, and the court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds~and determines; this Court has jurisdiction of .
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AL~ID ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between REINALDO PEREZ and MARY F.
PEREZ be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the parties and
each a~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
! 2. Custody of MARY HOPE PEREZ, minor child of the parties,

~ is hereby awarded to MA,RY F. PEREZ with reasonable visitation
~
~ rights r•eserved to REINALDO PEREZ.
~
3. The Stipulation dictated into the evidence is hereby
' incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
4. The Court determines the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)
~I DolZars additional fee to be paid to the Wife's attorneys, as a
i
reasonable fee for their services herein, and REINALDO PEREZ is
