DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trfal the i6tn aa3? of November, 1973 and
the Caurt having given f1.i11 consideration to ell the evidence, finds snd
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and xife now exists between the parties;

and that the marriage betWeen the parties is irretri~evably broken and should

be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follo~rs : . '
1. The marriage between GRACIE DARLENE DOLAN and STEVE CLEO
DOLAN be and the same is hereby dissolveci,~~.nd the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimor~y heretofore existing betwee
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Each of the parties is hereby en3oined and restrained fram
interfering With, harassing or annoying, the other.
3. That GRACIE DAR:~ENE DOLAN be and she is hereby avarded as 1
s~ alimor~y possession and or~mership of that certain personal property describe
as one 1969 Chevrolet~sutomobile with a current Florida Tag ~24-2833, sub~ect t
any ou~standing liens against said sutomobile.
The Court determines the sum of $ 300.00 to be reasonable for
j the Wife's attorney for hfs services herein and STEVE CLEO DOLAN is ordered to

pay said attorney said simm together with costs herein assessed at $ 27•50
5. GRACIE DARLENE DOLA?Y be and she is hereby authorized to ass~
her former name of GRACIE DARLENE LARKINS and to use the same in all respects
~ as if said marriage had not intervened:

6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retaine
