to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness
described in the Complafnt the sum of $ 16,546.91 , together with

computed as of the 15th day of November , 1g73

Court costs; making the total of $ 17,855.46 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff. f
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
. in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upo~
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 22 of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT ONE, according to the
Plat~thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, at Page 32
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all =
' costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this

j Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
~ that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
3rd day of December , 19 73 , a day nof less than ten (10)
days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
` or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after havin first

as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971.
(6) The plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication of ;
the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and shall
be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale
