ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause having been heard upon the Wife's Motion
For Contempt Order, and the Wife having appeared with counsel
and the Husband having been duly notifiecl, appeared without
counsel, and the Court having considered the evidence;
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
l. The Husband is.found to be in contempt of Court
for failure to make the payments provided for by the Final
Judgment and the Order previously entered herein on July 17,
. 1973.
~ 2. The Husband is found to be in arrears on child
support in he sum of Five Hundred Twenty ($520.00) Dollars
and he shall pay-an additional Five ($5.00) Dollars each and
every week in addition to the regular Twenty-Five ($25.00)
' Dollar payment until the arrearage is paid in full. All
payments, together with a One ($1.00) Dollar Clerk's fee
shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, P. O. Drawer
. 700, Fort Pierce, Florida (Attention: Mrs. Neil) by cash,
money order or cashier's check. The Clerk shall promptly _
remi~ to the Wife said sums and both parties are Ordered to
keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times.
