3. Upon the failure of the Husband to make said payments,
the Wife or her attorney may file with this Court an Affidavit
to that effect and a Commitment Order will be issued without
further notice to the Husband.
4. The Husband is hereby assessed the sum of Fifteen
($15.00) Dollars in court costs and the Husband is Ordered to ~
pay said sums, forthwith, to Willes, Bittan & Willes, P. O. Box
309, Fort Pierce, Florida.
5. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this Order
to the Husband at 1875 Caralee Boulevard, Apt. 2, Orlando,
Florida 32802 and to make a note of mailing in the file.
