FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November,

1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-

diction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
J broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between PAUL L. McLAUGHLIN and PEARL
JONES McLAUGHLIN be and the same is hereby dissolved and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Agreement between the parties evidenced by
the Husband's attorney's letter dated November 15, 1973 to
the Wife's attorney, admitted into evidence, is hereby in-
corporated herein by reference and the parties are Ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof which are:
A. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of
Seven Hundred Fifty ($750.00) Dollars as follows: Two Hundred
Fifty ($250.00) Dollars on or before November 19, 1973, and
