and a like sum on the 15th day of the first four (4) months of
1974.
B. The Husband shall pay to the WiEe's attorneys,
_Willes, Bittan & Willes. the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Five
($325.00) Dollars as follows: One Hundred Seventy-Five
($17S.00) Dollars on or before Novetnber 19, 1973 and One Hundred
Fifty ($150.00) Dollars on or before January 15, 1974.
C. The Wife waives any and all claim for past,

present or future alimony, support, expenses, costs, fees~or
_ rehabilitative alimony except as set out herein.

3. PEARL JONES McLAUGHLIN be and she is hereby

authorized to assume her former name of PEARL DAUG~RTY JONES ±
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper. ~
