associated as long as the illicit relationship continued. The
~
defendant admitted the relationship with said female and stated {
under oath his desire to marry her and announced his intentions ;
to marry her within the near future. ;

At the hearing before this Court November 14, 1973 (on t
which this Order is based) the defendant admitted to the Court
~
that his testimony at the prior hearing was false; that he had ~
;
perjured himself; that he had never had any intention, then or
now, of marrying the woman h~ is living with. Admittedly it is
a harsh situation to deprive a father, married or unmarried, of ~
;
the right to see his offspring. On the other hand this defendant
is not entitled to the relief he prays for so long as he con- `
. ~
tinues to conduct himself in the manner he has in the past, and
~ up to the present. The remedy is apparent. He can give up his
paramour or marry her. The choice is his.
